This should have been arranged on your behalf by the team providing you with the equipment. If they haven’t or you have missed a collection you can contact your local council on the links below.
East Devon District Council
East Devon District Council can collect household clinical waste from you once a week. There's no charge for this service. Any bags or boxes of clinical waste must be left out by 6am on the day of collection. They do not collect clinical waste from commercial properties.
Exeter City Council
Exeter City Council provide free collections of certain types of clinical waste from residents.
Mid Devon District Council
Mid Devon District Council can provide a free separate collection to householders for infectious waste, which includes the safe collection and disposal of items such as hypodermic needles and dialysis waste. This service is not available to commercial or clinical properties or service providers.
All clinical waste collections in Mid Devon take place weekly on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
