Our Appointment System
All clinics are by appointment only
We are continuing a telephone triage system for all GP appointments. You will still be able to pre-book an appointment. You will be phoned by the doctor who will assess your symptoms and where necessary will arrange a face to face appointment at the surgery.
GP appointments can be booked online using the options below. If you are unable to access the internet or you need an appointment with a member of the nursing team please phone us on 01395 232509
Extended Hours
Pre-bookable face to face appointments with a clinician are available each Wednesday between 18:00 and 19:00. These are primarily aimed at improving access for working patients, though they are not exclusively reserved for full-time workers. If you would like one of these appointments please contact reception. Please note that our full range of services will not be available during these times.
Practice Nurses
You may wish to consider booking an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many aspects of your healthcare and you may be seen more quickly.
Telephone Advice
Telephone consultations with a doctor can be booked online or by contacting reception. If you need to speak to a dispenser please phone between 11am and 1pm.
You can also ring NHS111 (just dial 111) for advice on health related matters.
Medical Students
We are proud to be a recognised teaching practice.
You can help shape a new doctors career by seeing students.
