At Woodbury Surgery we are able to offer those vaccines that are available under the NHS. These are:
- Diphtheria / Tetanus / Polio (combined vaccine)
- Hepatitis A
The NHS does not provide other travel vaccines or antimalarials.

If you require travel vaccines that are not available on the NHS or more detailed advice about complex travel, you should contact a specialist travel clinic.
If you would like us to administer NHS vaccines, please book an appointment with the nurse 3 months prior to travelling. Please print and complete this form Travel-risk-assessment-form-2017 and deliver to the surgery at least 3 days before your appointment. Your immunisation schedule will depend on which countries and areas within coutries that you will be visiting. You may need a second immunisation and/or need to allow time before you travel for a vaccine to take effect. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate the last minute traveller.
