Patient Administrators

Patient Administrators provide an important link between patients, doctors and other health professionals.  They are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide  information on services and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Patient Administrators make the majority of patient appointments with the GPs and nurses, they also undertake a wide range of administrative tasks and arrange referrals.
